Who we are

A story that began here. Expertise that has travelled far.

In 2012,

Fleur de Lys Relocation was born in Montreal with a strong ambition: to support people and companies in their mobility projects in Quebec.

In 2017,

Isabelle Vigneault joined the adventure.
Two years later, the company joined the French group Cooptalis, which became Anywr in 2021 and which then had about fifteen subsidiaries around the world. Over the years, our expertise has expanded, our network has grown and our view of international mobility has developed well beyond our borders.

In 2020,

the addition of immigration services, with the expertise of RCICs, marks a new step. From immigration to relocation, we are becoming true partners in professional mobility solutions in Canada.

Then, after several years of developing the Canadian entity within an international group, Isabelle decided to take over the reins of this project that has fascinated her since its beginnings.

We went around the world.
We learned.
We have grown.

And after all these years, we have chosen to come back here.

A-WAY is a story deeply rooted in Canada, enriched by all that we have learned, discovered and built along the way.
